Refund policy

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or exchange your order for a new item within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order will be locked for processing or production and cannot be canceled or changed.

This policy applies to all modifications, including changes to size, design, shipping address, etc. Please contact us via email with your order number and the modification details. We will confirm once the requested change or cancellation has been processed.

Received items

We will replace items at no additional cost to you if they fall under the following conditions:

  • Items are faulty (e.g., damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival).

  • Incorrect items (e.g., wrong size, style, or color).

  • Parcels lost in transit.

Important: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement.

We provide measurements on each product’s description to help you choose the correct size. We do not accept returns or refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect sizing choices, so please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

We also do not accept returns or refunds if customers change their minds after receiving their order(s).

Please allow for slight differences between advertised images and the actual product due to photography lighting or monitor display variations.

The order arrived with one or more items missing

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages. If an order arrives with missing items, we will gladly ship out the missing items.

Shipping

  1. Delivered but not received:
    If the tracking system indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot offer refunds or reprints. Please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) for delivery details, including GPS location.

  2. Delivered to the wrong location:
    If the package is delivered to an address different from the recipient address, we will happily resend the item at no additional cost.

  3. Invalid address provided:
    If the package fails to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please double-check your details when placing an order. Contact us via email and we’ll try our best to resolve this, but unfortunately once the processing is locked we can’t change it.

  4. Valid address provided but failed delivery:
    If the provided address was valid and the package was not delivered due to our error, we will replace and reship your order at no additional cost. Contact us via email to resolve the issue.


Refund & Returns
(If applicable)

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only provided in the event of a major problem, such as:

  • The item is significantly different from the description or sample shown.

  • You received the wrong item.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.

  • Items damaged during transit due to carrier issues will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will happily replace the item if it arrives damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Return process

Returns must include proof of purchase and be made using our free returns service.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
